New Studies Seeking Participants

 

EA Post Approval, Mulitcenter, Open-Label, Longitudinal, Uncontrolled Safety Study of Cosmetic Tissue Augmentation Product (ELEVESS) in the Treatment of Nasolabial Folds in People of Color
Participants receive correction of deep nasolabial folds with an FDA approved cosmetic tissue augmentation device at no cost.

Efficacy and Safety of Altretinoin in the Treatment of Severe Chronic Hand Eczema refractory to Topical Therapy

ENdoscopic ABlation using Light Energy (ENABLE)
This study seeks to determine if surgical anastomosis of the superficial temporal artery to the middle cerebral artery (STA-MCA) combined with best medical therapy can reduce subsequent strokes at two years by 40%. Eligible participants must have internal carotid artery occlusion producing hemispheric symptoms within the previous 120 days and ipsilateral increased oxygen extraction fraction measured by positron emission tomography (PET).

New Medication for Seizures
This study evaluates the effectiveness and safety of a new medication for seizures and epilepsy in people whose siezures are not controlled despite taking one or two other anti-seizure medications. The study medication, as well as the visits and lab tests associated are provided without charge.
SAFE STEPS - Combined Treatment of Alcohol Dependent Women with Posttraumatic Stress Disorder
The goal of this study is to contribute to the development of effective treatments for women with co-morbid alcohol dependence and posttraumatic stress disorder. Our research study offers women between the ages of 18 and 65 free and confidential outpatient treatment.
