Today’s health care environment is extremely complex and patients’ expectations have never been higher. As a result, hospitals and health care providers across the country are challenged as they have never been before to deliver high-quality services efficiently, safely and effectively.

It is for these very reasons why all of us at Continuum Health Partners remain steadfastly committed to the equally important goals of quality and patient safety. It is what our patients and communities expect–and certainly deserve. We are constantly examining and enhancing our cadre of services to improve our overall performance–and to meet your needs. Our ultimate objective is for all of the Continuum hospitals to be ranked among the nation’s top 10% in health care quality and patient safety benchmarks. This is, indeed, an ambitious goal–but with continuous effort, it is one we are confident we can attain.

How are we going about this? To start, we’ve embarked on a Continuum-wide, comprehensive quality and patient safety strategy that involves every member of our health care community. We’re also implementing new and innovative initiatives to ensure that we are doing everything possible to meet your health care needs and expectations. This Website is one example, through which we are providing you with complete and accurate reporting on our quality and safety agenda and performance results. It helps you measure our progress as we strive to be a national leader in safe, compassionate, high-quality, cost-effective patient care.
