We are pleased to introduce a revised identity system for Continuum
Health Partners and our hospitals. This revised identity system
is a refreshed look for the Continuum family of logos, which had
been in place for more than a decade.
We are introducing four changes.
- A Continuum “signature” with the names of our hospitals replaces
the five-flag lockup. The revised signature is a more elegant
way of identifying our partners, and is easier for patients
to read and understand.
- A new logo has been created for "Beth Israel Brooklyn," in
recognition of the important role of the Kings Highway Division.
- A new logo has been created for Continuum Cancer Centers of
New York. As a system-wide service line, CCCNY has a new logo
that identifies the partner hospitals, consistent with the Continuum
"signature" logo described above.
- We have changed the logo font from Frutiger to Futura Standard.
It is a subtle change, but those of you who have an interest
in type fonts will appreciate its greater readability and modernity.
In conjunction with these changes, we are introducing updated
logos for the hospitals, using the new font. New standards for
letterhead and business cards have also been created and shared
with the companies that print Continuum and hospital stationery.
